ABOUT

I chose to study reflexology because I personally found complementary therapies to be very beneficial and I wanted to share this positive experience with others.
 
I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for many years and I tried many medical, physical, and psychological treatments without success. When I started having reiki and reflexology treatments I felt more balanced, and I became aware of the connection between mind, emotions, body, and spirit. As I previously studied reiki, reflexology felt like a natural progression for me, because it also uses energy balancing techniques.
 
I want this treatment to be available to everyone, and I would like to increase awareness of reflexology as a beneficial alternative therapy, particularly for depression and anxiety related disorders. I truly love practising this therapy and I want to share it with as many people as possible. Reflexology has changed my life in so many positive ways. I hope that I can share this with others, and that they can benefit from reflexology the way that I have.
