TREATMENT

Reflexology works on an individual basis and therefore the outcome of a treatment will vary from person to person. Each treatment is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing.

 

The first reflexology appointment will involve a 15 minute consultation during which you will be asked about your health and lifestyle.  The session will then be tailored to suit you. All information will be kept confidential. A specialized zero-gravity chair is used during treatments. This allows your feet to be elevated to the perfect height for your treatment and comfort. The zero-gravity positioning allows even distribution of body weight, and creates a sense of weightlessness for a more intense experience, ensuring you can relax fully, and literally put your feet up and enjoy! The treatment itself will last approximately 1 hour. Talc is applied through massage to your bare feet prior to the start of the treatment. Reflexology involves a gentle but firm pressure that is applied to specific areas and reflex points on the feet.  The treatment will finish with a relaxing massage to the feet with oils, and a discussion about the session.

 

Prices

 

• Reflexology Single Treatment: £35 :: 60 minute treatment with 15 minute consultation.

• Reflexology Package: £175 :: Book 6 treatments in advance and pay for just 5*.

 

* Payment must be in full, either in advance or at the beginning of the first treatment, and package must be taken within 3 months of booking. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer

Are there any conditions that reflexology is not suitable for?

 

Reflexology is regarded as a very safe therapy and is suitable for all ages. However, there may occasionally be times when it is not suitable to provide a treatment.

 

You should not have a treatment if you are feeling unwell with a high temperature, or have flu-like aches and pains, or upset stomach.

 

Current medical issues will be discussed prior to all treatments to assess suitability as there are some medical conditions where treatment is not recommended. It is important that you inform me about any medical conditions prior to the appointment.

 

Please note: I cannot perform treatments on women who are in their first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I ask that you please give me at least 24 hours notice.
